Disneyland Paris Photo Friday: Halloween Has Arrived – Here Come The Pumpkins
As we know from last Friday, Halloween could start earlier next year, but this year it starts on October 1st. That doesn’t mean nothing happens until that first day of the Halloween season in Disneyland Paris, as mid September sees the start of the theming appear in Main Street, U.S.A. and Frontierland. All these photos come from the brilliant InsideDLParis (Facebook and Twitter) who allows me to use his images on Dedicated to DLP. This first photo had me in awe this morning when I first saw it – the blue…

Disneyland Paris Magical Memorabilia: 15th Anniversary Booklet
I’m going to guess that this booklet came out in early 2007, given that there is an advert for the release of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End in May 2007. It’s a 12 page advert for the 15th Anniversary of Disneyland Paris, which showcases what is coming up: a new parade, 2 new attractions, more characters and the introduction of kids under 7 stay and play free. Interesting that it states the celebration will last from April 2007 until March 2008, but actually ran into 2009, much like the…

Welcome to Disneyland Paris Tom Wolber and Goodbye and Good Luck Philippe Gas
Today, 15th September 2014, saw Tom Wolber takeover as CEO of Disneyland Paris, and with this came a little video presentation which sees Tom discussing how his career started in Paris, and about his family. httpvh://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yY69BP_q0N4 On episode 42 of the podcast we asked people to send in things they both liked about Disneyland Paris and things you’d like to see change. The idea is that we will put all of this together in a letter which we will do our best to get to Tom. You can still do that,…

Disneyland Paris News: Concept Art For New Halloween Float
This has just hit the Twitter waves, and unlike before where it’s usually the likes of Radio Disney Club that have the scoop on these things, this piece of concept art comes from D23, the official Disney fan club which ironically offers very little to Disneyland Paris guests. The new float, from a few days ago we know to be called Raise The Rafters, looks very spooky indeed, and unlike the very harvest parade of last year. It’s not too dark that it will appear out of place though, as the…

Disneyland Paris Rumour: Star Tours II To Open in Time For the 25th Anniversary in 2017
Finance journalist and Disney specialist Christian Sylt, has reported in this article on Forbes that Star Tours II is coming to Disneyland Paris and will be there in time for the 25th Anniversary in 2017. With other parks getting the update some time ago, and the original version in Disneyland Paris feeling quite dated, it was surely only a matter of time. There have been rumours recently that for the 25th Anniversary Disneyland Paris are planning 10 attraction improvements in Disneyland Park, and 2 in Walt Disney Studios. The upgrade that…
