Peter Pan Refurbished – A Disneyland Paris Classic Shines Brighter
It’s quite strange writing an article that I have no photos for aside from one of the sign, but Peter Pan’s Flight in Disneyland Paris is one that I have never taken photos of whilst riding. Not only is it quite a fast ride, but it changes direction a lot so getting a good photo is often a futile task. Throw in low light and an attraction that enthralls, and photos are almost an impossibility, if you could escape the fantasy long enough to take one. Peter Pan’s Flight was closed…

Disneyland Paris Restaurant Review: The Blue Lagoon
Pirates of the Caribbean is my favourite attraction in Disneyland Paris, a statement which will come as no surprise to any of you reading. My favourite restaurant? The Blue Lagoon, that’s the restaurant attached to Pirates of the Caribbean which thematically is as close to perfect as a restaurant can be. It’s a Caribbean beach side restaurant, next to the water where the actual boats from Pirates of the Caribbean float past. Let that sink in and tell me I’m wrong. You can’t. So why haven’t I eaten there for 10…

Review of Mickey and the Magician in Disneyland Paris
I did it! I stayed strong and avoided seeing any video footage or even allowing my eyes to linger over a photo for more than a fleeting glance, and as such I entered the Animagique Theatre last Monday completely spoiler free for Mickey and the Magician. I knew there would be characters from a few select films and I knew there would be magic, beyond that I knew little else, except people had almost universally praised it very highly. We were sat pretty much in the middle and in the front…

Hotel Cheyenne Refurbishments in Disneyland Paris – Better or Worse?
Disneyland Paris released an article yesterday showcasing the newly refurbished rooms at Hotel Cheyenne, and immediately my heart skipped a beat. You see, ever since I first visited Disneyland Paris in 2002, and stayed in Hotel Cheyenne, it’s been my favourite hotel there, or anywhere really. I love that it feels the least like being in a hotel, as the Western town design with the multiple two level buildings creates a very unique atmosphere. Inside the rooms this theme is continued, and knowing they were adding touches of Toy Story, would…

Disneyland Paris Restaurant Review: Walt’s – An American Restaurant
This was my first visit to Walt’s since 2003, and if I’m to give it its full title, then it’s Walt’s – An American Restaurant, but that’s a bit of a mouthful – pun intended. Inside it’s a work of art, and in my infinite wisdom I didn’t take any photos of the decor on show. Part of that was bad form on my part, but I also didn’t want to be taking photos while people were eating their meals in peace. Each room is themed to a particular part of…

Disneyland Paris Review: Swing into Spring 2016
After hearing about how good it was in the past few years, I finally made my first proper Swing into Spring visit to Disneyland Paris. I say proper, because last year I was there for the very last day of the season, but saw one Goofy’s Garden Party show and that was it! This year I was there for 3 days, and saw everything, I think. There was a plan, devised by the people I was with, which meant all shows and other forms of entertainment would be experienced, and that…
