Disneyland Paris Pins for October 2013 – Christmas, Frozen and More Princesses

With everything that’s gone on over the last few days I’m a day late in posting about the pins, after seeing the poster yesterday. Still, better late than never! Christmas, Duffy and Phantom Manor Saturday 5th October is the launch of the Halloween season in Disneyland Paris, so to celebrate they’ll be releasing 7 Christmas pins! Okay, so there’s also a pretty fine looking Phantom Manor lanyard, which features the wallpaper design we are seeing more and more of in Phantom Manor merchandise these days. My first thought on seeing the…

Attraction Posters Coming to Disneyland Paris with The Art of Disney on Demand

If I had to count the number of times I’ve mentioned on this website, on the podcast or on videos, that I want Disneyland Paris to sell attraction posters, well let’s just say that I’d run out of fingers and toes. Today was the second day of the What’s New What’s Next event, that started yesterday with the news of the huge refurbishments that are planned and ongoing. Photo: Disney Dreams! of Christmas in Disneyland Paris

Over the past few nights Disneyland Paris have been doing tests for the new Disney Dreams! of Christmas night time spectacular, featuring the stars of Frozen, among others. This photo was taken last night from the Disneyland Hotel by Beci Mahnken who runs MEI-Travel. There are images of what look like wooden toy soldiers on the castle, presumably some kind of Nutcracker interpretation. You can also make out the letters Jinge on the castle gates, which could be the French spelling of Jingle? The new Disney Dreams! at Christmas show will…

Where the Disneyland Paris Ratatouille Artwork Came From & Sign Ideas

After the news yesterday that the Ratatouille attraction in Disneyland Paris has a name, that being Ratatouille : L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy, I started to wonder what the sign might look like. I mean, that’s quite a few words to fit on one sign. My idea was to keep it as close to the film logo as possible, and so that would gave rise to this: I then started to search a bit more and came across this Ratatouille video game from a few years ago: Which very much reminded…

Disneyland Paris Ratatouille Ride Has A Name!

Just moments ago DLRP Express reported on their Facebook page (news originating from the official Disneyland Paris Twitter feed) that the Ratatouille ride due to open in Disneyland Paris next summer will be called Ratatouille : L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy. This translates, roughly, to Ratatouille: The Totally Crazy Adventure of Remy. There is also this artwork to go with it: These are some photos that Disney Magic Interactive published of some of the props shown on the P&P Projects exhibition stand at Euro Attractions Show in Paris this past week…
