In the Mind of a Vinylmation Collector
As a collector of vinylmations myself I’m always interested to hear from other collectors. So let me introduce you to Danny who has kindly written an article for us about being a vinylamtion collector – take it away Danny! Let me begin with saying I love collecting stuff. Back in 2000 I bought my first pins in Disneyland Paris and bought and traded them for a year or three. Then, in 2004, I went to Walt Disney World and New York for the first time and when I came across a…

An Open Letter To Disneyland Paris Cast Members
Just yesterday I got back from my 14th trip to Disneyland Paris, a family stay with my wife and 5 year old. Of course I have many things to talk about (you can follow the new Dedicated to DLP Instagram account for photos – username dedicatedtodlp), from a visit that saw quite a few firsts. Before I get to that however, I need to address the Cast Members of Disneyland Paris, to include everyone who works there and has worked there. To the Cast Members of Disneyland Paris In my previous…

9 Things I’m Looking Forward to Doing in Disneyland Paris in 9 Days
Ideally this would have been 10 things in 10 days, but I was too busy to write an article when the idea came to me yesterday, but 9 will be more than sufficient. There are of course hundreds of things that I can’t wait to do and see when I return to Disneyland Paris in just over a week, but these are either closest to my heart or are particular to this trip. Dreams! 2.0 I saw Dreams! twice in May last year and once more in November too, but now…

2015 in Disneyland Paris – Captain Jack in Pirates of the Caribbean or Star Tours: The Adventures Continue?
There are two rumours that have been doing the rounds for quite some time now, those being that Captain Jack will be added to Pirates of the Caribbean and Star Tours will be upgraded to the new version, possibly along with a whole area re-branding to Star Wars Land, in Discoveryland Disneyland Paris. Pirates of the Caribbean has just recently had some down time for refurbishment work, but no Captain Jack, unlike in the American parks where he has been there for some time. Keeping with the American parks, they had…

Celebrating 21 Years of Disneyland Paris
Many things have happened over the years in Disneyland Paris, and year by year I will highlight just 1 or 2 of the things that happened that year. They may not be the biggest or most important, but they mean something to me. 1992 – EuroDisney Opens Having been to Disneyland Paris, as it’s called now, 13 times since 2002, it’s hard to believe that back in 1992 EuroDisney wasn’t on my radar. In fact Disney wasn’t really on my radar either. But on that day, April 12th, EuroDisney opened…

Disneyland Resort Paris Tribune – Cast Member Magazine From 2006
I’m not really sure how I got hold of this 24th July 2006 issue of the Disneyland Resort Paris Tribune, eBay possibly? Anyway, it’s been stowed away in my Disneyland Paris treasure chest for a while and I though now would be a good time to scan and share it with all of you. From seeing more recent Cast Member magazines from Disneyland Paris (now called Backstage) I can tell you that though this one is the Francais version, these days the magazine is smaller in size and has French and…
