Disneyland Paris Photo Friday: Adventure Isle

With Adventure Isle closed for refurbishment until September, guests are missing out on the incredible beauty and lush greenery of my favourite land in Disneyland Paris. Last May when I was there I had a bit of time one sunny morning to stroll around this very under-appreciated area of Disneyland Park, so until it’s open again, here is Adventure Isle in all its glory. Click to enlarge the photos and take in all the detail and stunning scenery on offer.

Disneyland Paris Pins For June 2016: It’s All Very Cute

At first glance I was really disappointed with the pin releases for June in Disneyland Paris, but I’ll let you see the pin poster and then we can talk. Tsum Tsum Pins Tsum Tsums are very simple looking as plush toys, they are simple looking in the game, and it should come as no surprise that they are simple looking as pins. As such they don’t do a lot for me personally, and the selection is not really inspiring either, given they have chosen 4 characters whose faces look very similar…

6 Things For 2016 I’ve Never Done in Disneyland Paris, But Will

Back in 2011 I wrote an article called 10 Things I’ve Never Done in Disneyland Paris. Now some of those I will never be able to do, like visit a one park resort, or use Francs, unless something drastic happens to the French economy. Some I have ticked off, as I’ve conquered thrill rides by doing both Big Thunder Mountain and Tower of Terror. I’ve also been on 2 of the 3 rides in Toy Story Playland, and RC Racer will remain forever on my not done, not going to do…

What to Expect from Frozen Summer Fun 2016 in Disneyland Paris

A few days ago Disneyland Paris published an article on their news website about Frozen Summer Fun 2016 and what is on offer. It was only in French though and I’ve been unsuccessful in sourcing an English press release. Fear not, as with Google Translate at my side and having experienced Frozen Summer Fun last year, I can not only tell you what will be going on in Disneyland Paris this summer, I can also give you the opinion of someone who has experienced the various Frozen festivities on offer. This…

New Vapiano Italian Restaurant to Open in Disneyland Paris on July 1st

Long have I and many other fans wanted a new restaurant in Disney Village and now we have one, in the form of Vapiano, described as Fast Casual by Disneyland Paris themselves. It will take over what used to be the NEX Arcade, so it’s not on the main strip of Disney Village, but around corner to the right of the entrance of World of Disney. Vapiano, as decried by Wikipedia is: a German fast casual restaurant chain offering Italian food. Commonly referred to as Vapiano’s the concept is a pizza…
