Competition: Win a limited edition copy of Disneyland Paris 20 Years of Dreams

Just over one month ago Disneyland Paris launched the most complete book in the history of the resort, charting it’s development from day 1 right up to 2012, the 20th Anniversary. Inside this exquisite book you will find some of the most stunning images ever taken of the resort, as well as photos of all kinds of memorabilia and paraphernalia, all accompanied by explanatory text in both English and French. To say this book is a masterpiece and must have for any fan of Disneyland Paris fan would be an under-statement – it’s a beautiful work of art.

I have the standard version which is available to buy in the parks for 49,99€, but those generous folks over at Disneyland Paris have sent me a limited edition copy which you will now have the chance to win. As you can see from the photos in the banner above, the cover is different from the normal version, and other than that I’m not sure if it differs in any other way as it is still sealed, and will remain so until opened by the lucky winner.

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning this amazing and very exclusive book is this:

  1. Head over to our Facebook page at and like us
  2. Come back here and leave a comment telling us you’ve liked us and what is your favourite attraction in Disneyland Paris

If you already like us on Facebook then you just need to do step 2, that’s all – easy isn’t it? If you want a closer look at 20 Years of Dreams then watch this video I made of my copy being opened and what I found inside.

If you are in the parks you can buy the book in Emporium, Storybook Store, Harrington’s, Walt Disney Studios Store, The Disney Animation Gallery, La Boutique du Château, The Disney Gallery, Disney Store or Galerie Mickey. You can also order it via the Disneyland Paris Mail order service by phoning +33 164744486 or +33 164744848 or by emailing

The competition closes on June 30th 2012 and all that is left to say is Good Luck!

My number one attraction at DLP has got to be Big Thunder Mountain, My son will be tall enough to ride it when we head over for our planned visit in October so I can’t wait to go as this will be the first time in 5 years I’ve been able to ride it 🙂

  4. Erik says:

I’ve liked the Facebook page! My favourite attraction is without a doubt Phantom Manor, I always make sure it’s my first ride of the trip and I always ride it several times during my trips. I just love every part of it- the back story, the stretching room, the many amazing effects and that creepy-but-cool feeling it always leaves you with.

  6. Ken says:

Well i like all the attractions but it has to be Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant as its the heart of it all,

  7. Richard Pilbury says:

Long time twitter follower, new Facebook ‘liker’!

My favourite attraction has to be Big Thunder Mountain. I was so pleased we got to ride it during our last visit because the time before, it was unexpectedly closed for our whole trip!

But even Big Thunder Mountain can’t beat the excitement of walking through the Disneyland Park gates into Main Street and catching your first sight of the beautiful Sleeping Beauty’s castle 🙂

  11. Emma Skingley says:

My favourite attraction is It’s a Small World.

  12. Helen Farnes says:

I liked you ages ago. This may be odd, but my favourite attraction is art of animation. This is because without animation there would not be our favourite characters, there would not be our favourite Disney films, and ultimately no dlp. This attraction for me brings to the forefront what Disney was all about and that is the animation itself and the joy it brings. Also it features mushu one of my favourite characters.

  13. Marc Galindo says:

My favourite attraction is Phantom Manor. why? firstly because it has stood the test of time. It is one of those attractions that are legendary in the Disney Parks. As for it’s theme, it is second to none from the minute you approach the gates to the house. The colour scheme and the authentic look of the manor house on the hill really does get the heart going. Inside the special effects are fantastic from the sliding walls to self playing piano. Lastly and I make this the most important aspect, its one of the few rides where you can come off and have a little extra to savour with the cemetary. Most rides you either come off and move on or end up in the dedicated shop. Here at Phantom Manor it is not just a ride, its a complete experience from first to last.

  14. George says:

My favourite attraction is Space Mountain!!

  15. Drea Santrau says:

    Hey 🙂
I didn’t know you have a Facebook Fanpage, but i liked it 🙂 haha ♥ and i like you and this awesome page ♥

I don’t have one favorite attraction in DLP.
Why? Because I have different memories to the attractions 🙂 I came to disneyland since I was 4. In all the years I went 6 times to DLP.
5 times with my family and the last time I was there with my Boyfriend.

I really love the Dumbo ride, because my mother and I went on it over and over and oover again. BUT i was too afraid to fly high xD. And I love space Mountin, because it was my first thrill ride. My older sister wanted so badly on this ride, because this is her favorite ride. She tried to convince me the whole car ride from Germany to France, to come with her. And I came. And, of course, I loooooooove it!

One of my favorite attractions is also Phantom Manor, because my whole family loved to go on it together and my boyfriend loved it, too.
I think this is my all time favorite attraction, because everyone I know love this so so so much!

I don’t want to bother you with more stories about my DLP trips 😉 So i finish and hope you enjoyed reading it.

Love your page so much ♥
